Dogs at The Fish

Why should humans have all the fun?

With our fabulous countryside location, The Fish is the perfect dog-friendly hotel in the Cotswolds and we welcome one medium-sized or two small well-behaved pooches, aged one year or over. We have a number of dog-friendly rooms, with wooden floors, easy access to your car and 500 acres of Cotswold countryside on your doorstep for those all-important dog walks.

A charge of £30 per dog per stay applies and includes a cosy dog bed in the room, two dog bowls, some lovely doggie treats and a dog towel. You can relax in the bar and lounge with your furry friends, where you can dine from our bar menu, but we ask that dogs are not taken into the restaurant.

Dog Friendly Rooms

The Fish’s contemporary bedrooms are located on the hillside and spread throughout various buildings in the grounds.  We have dog-friendly rooms in the following categories: Medium, Veranda, Bigger Room, Small Suite, Bigger Suite and one Treehouse.

Their bed, water bowl, treats and towel will be awaiting your arrival!

Call 01386 858000 to book and let us know when you reserve your stay if you plan to bring dogs.

Pooch Playground

We love our four-legged visitors so much that we thought we would make it even more fun for them when they stay with us. So now they have their own pooch playground to enjoy!

Located a short walk from the lodge, our pooch playground features wooden agility equipment within a fenced off field, perfect for those four paws that need a run around.

Walkies

With a boot room, 500-acres of Cotswold countryside and a selection of local walking maps, The Fish makes the perfect place for a dog-friendly holiday.

Take a hike on our nature trail for a fun-filled walk or grab a map from the boot room to explore the variety of recommend walks near by.

For those muddy pups, there’s even a ‘Dunk your Dog’ bath to clean off those paws. And treats, there’s always treats…
